These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the lead data and related services ("Services") provided by Lead Ledger LLC ("Lead Ledger," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing, accessing, or using the Services, you ("Customer," "you") agree to these Terms.
Lead Ledger provides subscription access to compiled property and ownership data for multifamily real estate, including property addresses, owner names, mailing addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses where available ("Lead Data"), delivered on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan purchased.
Plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual recurring basis, as selected at checkout, through our payment processor (Stripe). Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Annual plans are billed once per year in a single payment for that plan's term.
We verify Lead Data for accuracy at the time of delivery, but ownership records and contact information can change after delivery. Our replacement guarantee for inaccurate leads is described in our Refund Policy.
Lead Data is provided for your own internal business use in evaluating and pursuing real estate acquisition opportunities. You agree not to resell, redistribute, or share Lead Data with third parties without our prior written consent. You are solely responsible for your own outreach to any individuals or entities identified in the Lead Data, including compliance with all applicable laws governing telephone, email, and mail solicitation (including, without limitation, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and applicable Do-Not-Call regulations).
Lead Ledger provides data only. We do not guarantee that any lead will result in a completed transaction, a response from the property owner, or any particular investment outcome. All investment decisions and outreach activities are made solely by you at your own discretion and risk.
You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time through the payment portal or by contacting us at ledgerlead@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period; no partial-month refunds are issued except as described in our Refund Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lead Ledger LLC's total liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
